Today's reflection:
Start with yourself.
Today, identify a situation that often makes you complain: someone's behavior, a habit at home, a problem at work, or a recurring difficulty.
Before thinking about how others should change, ask yourself: "what is one thing I can change in my own behavior?". Put it into practice today.
It is natural to see other people's mistakes clearly, it is much more difficult to recognize the role we play in the situations we experience; this does not mean taking responsibility for things that are not your fault or justifying the behavior of others, it means focusing your energy where it can bring about real change.
When we stop waiting for the world to conform to our expectations, we discover that many opportunities for improvement depend directly on us.
This evening, do not ask yourself who should have behaved differently; ask yourself what small change you introduced into your day.
The most lasting transformations rarely begin with others, they almost always begin with a personal choice repeated over time.
